I started writing songs during the summer of 2008 when I was 14, really as a way to teach myself to play guitar. Now, singing and songwriting is pretty much all I do (except for school)! Music is my life and my love, and I hope you enjoy my work...Nora

Hi everyone! It's been a really busy summer! Last week I recorded a new song of mine at McCormick Media Studio. The song is called, "Regret Losing This." I can't wait for you all to hear it! It has fantastic guitar playing by Kenn Fox, amazing fiddle and back up vocals by Ruthie Krause and outstanding drums and engineering by Geoff McCormick. Upcoming events include Waukesha's Got Talent on Saturday August 7 and the Oconomowoc Art Fair on August 22 at 4pm on the Pavillion stage. Also, I am looking forward to a trip to Nashville!

This Sunday, June 27th, from 2-6pm is the I Heart Nashville Benefit at the Milwaukee Harley-Davidson on Silver Spring Road. I will be opening the benefit concert at 2pm. Other acts include Grammy nominated jazz guitarist Denny Jrosa, Chasin' Mason, Keith Pulvermacher of the Love Monkey's and Katie Beth! All proceeds go to charities to help the flood victims. This is a great cause and I hope to see you there!

June 1, 2010 - Busy Month
Hey everyone! I have some exciting stuff going on this month! June 2nd I am performing the the Colgate Country Showdown at Long Wong's (5230 W. Bluemound Rd) from 8-10pm.
Also, on June 27th, I am singing at a flood relief benefit for Nashville called, I Heart Nashville. The benefit will be held at Milwaukee Harley-Davidson from 2-6pm. I will be opening for Chasin' Mason, Keith Pulvermacher of the Love Monkey's, Denny Jrosa and Katie Beth. All proceeds spilt between Hand on Nashville and Middle Tennessee American Red Cross. Come and show your support! Thanks :)

Not only did I turn 16 this week, I just learned that the Milwaukee Iron asked me back to sing the National Anthem at tomorrow night's near sell out game....it's ladies' night! Come out and support the Milwaukee Iron, Milwaukee's new indoor football team. Game time is 7:30.

It’s a great honor for me to be chosen to be the opening chicklette for Milwaukee’s Chick Singer Night 8pm Tuesday, May 11 at Carolines (401 South Second Street). There is an $8 cover. I will be singing my song, “You Reap What You Sow” backed by a professional house band. There will be six other amazing women singing that night! Come and enjoy a night of wonderful music!

It's time to ask for your help again! I'm one of 20 finalists for Milwaukee's Kiss Icon contest. The winner has their song played on Kiss FM for two weeks and gets to play at Summerfest!
Tonight at 9 pm (CT), in the first round my song "Don't Slow Down" will be aired on FM 103.7 and compete with a song by rap artist Versitile. All voting is done by 9:55 pm. You can vote by phone (414-799-1037), text (68255) or internet (www.1037kissfm.com, look for the Kiss Icon link).

I made it into the Waukesha Idol competition being held this Saturday (March 20) at Waukesha North High School. The contest is from 9:00 a.m. to noon. It should be a lot of fun!
